✦ Rights & UsageI retain all rights to my artwork. You retain rights to your characters.I may use artwork for promotion unless otherwise agreed.My art cannot be used for mass marketing, print-on-demand, or AI training—no exceptions.Commercial use (merch, branding, etc.) must be discussed and licensed.✦ Posting & SharingYou can post finished artwork anywhere with credit to me as the artist.Using the art for icons, banners, etc., is totally okay. If unsure, just ask!

✦ RefundsFull refunds are available only before the sketch is approved.Once the sketch is approved, only a partial refund is available.Once 50% of work is completed, no refunds will be issued.Note: refunds are not available for PNGtubers / Stream dolls.✦ Turnaround Time & QueueTurnaround is 1–2 months, depending on complexity, edits, and workload.I work through a first-come, first-served queue, and updates will be provided along the way.Feel free to ask for updates—just know timing may vary based on your piece’s detail, type and complexity.✦ AdoptablesBuying an adopt gives you character rights only.You may resell/trade with credit. The original art may not be traced or used for commercial purposes or PNGtubers.✦ I Will Not DrawHate speech, political themes, or slander. This includes memes or screenshots with those elements.

I will not draw minors in sexual situations. No exceptions, ever.I refuse to draw some extreme fetishes, if you're worried your idea may fall into this category please contact me and we can talk about it! :)All characters involved with the artwork must be over 18 and have the owner's consent before I draw them in the piece. Please talk to me if a special situation arises (such as a present). If any participating party removes consent after the piece is finished, nothing can be changed for free and is the sole responsibility of the commissioner.After the piece is completed you may upload it to various sites if you like, as long as you credit me as the artist! A link back to my website would be appreciated as well.As with all my artwork, finished pieces are not to be used for monetary or commercial purposes. All my previous terms of service apply to my adult work.

PNGtubers / Stream dolls

All stream dolls/PNGs are digital only. Base prices are for personal use only.You may use them for content, icons, banners, etc., as long as it’s within the correct license tier.Print on demand, physical merchandise, mass production, or resale requires a commercial license.✦ Personal vs. Commercial UsePersonal Use: Icons, banners, non-monetized content—credit is appreciated but optional.Monetized Use: If you make ad revenue (YouTube, Twitch, etc.), a monetary license is required (+100% of original price). Credit is required.Commercial Use: For merch or branding, a commercial license (+200% of original price) is required. Credit is required and must be visible.These are one time payments, and you may not change or alter the artwork in any way.
